Privacy choices

Understand and use your choices.

You can review your account information, request a copy or correction, or request account deletion. Listener accounts and Blipside Voices accounts are separate, even when they use the same email address.

Listener account

  • In Account & Settings, open Listener Account to view a summary of your account data or delete your Listener account.
  • To request a copy of your Listener account information, email privacy@blipside.app.

Blipside Voices account

  • Review and update your public voice profile where editing is available.
  • To request a copy of your Blipside Voices account information or deletion of that account, email privacy@blipside.app. Deletion cannot be completed while a session on that account is starting or live.

Privacy questions and requests

For privacy questions or requests, including requests to correct personal information, email privacy@blipside.app. You do not need to use the product controls first. Tell us whether your request concerns a Listener account, a Blipside Voices account, or another use of Blipside, and what you need. Blipside may verify your identity before acting. Do not send passwords, verification codes, or more personal information than the request requires.
